Returns & Exchanges

Unopened Products: You may return unopened and unused honey or pollen products within 14 days of pickup for a full refund or exchange.

Opened Products: We also accept returns of opened products within 14 days of pickup for a full refund. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item at pickup, please let us know immediately. We’ll provide a replacement or refund on the spot.
How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order details and reason for return.

Bring the product back to the pickup location within 14 days of your original pickup date.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Additional Notes

We cannot accept returns on products purchased from third-party retailers.

All returns must be made at the original pickup location.
